Key Responsibilities:

Manage

full life-cycle recruitment

spanning entry-level through executive-level roles

Recruit across a wide range of functions including Finance, Accounting, Technology, Marketing, Product and other Corporate roles .

Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and search strategies

Proactively source, assess, interview, and close top talent in a competitive market

Provide consultative guidance on talent market trends, compensation insights, and best hiring practices

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within the applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in

full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting

Media, entertainment, digital content, or creative industry experience

required

Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously

Experience recruiting across both

corporate and technical disciplines

Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
