Talent Acquisition Manager - (250000K9) What to Expect The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in the identification, attraction and selection of top talent for Hyundai Capital America. This role will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities. In addition, this role will represent and market the culture of Hyundai Capital America to external candidates and build a cohesive recruiting and onboarding strategy and processes to attract the best candidates. Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Activity: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop a sourcing strategy for each requisition and gain a full understanding of assigned department. Perform full cycle recruiting process for the assigned departments and/or teams including sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates to hiring managers. Develop knowledge of current marketplace and trends and utilize direct sourcing, networking, and creative recruiting techniques to identify top talent. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Partner with Compensation and HR Business Partners to determine pay offers. Follow candidate through the process of managing the background check and relocation process for all external hires and internal transfers. Coordinate, monitor and maintain relationships with external recruiting companies to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of recruiting. Responsible for coaching business leaders on hiring practices to ensure managers are trained on interviewing skills. Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting and social networking experience including developing social media sourcing strategies using networking tools such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Oracle Cloud Recruiting. Bachelor\'s Degree preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and foster trust with stakeholders at all levels. Possess solid interviewing skills with ability to effectively source in high-volume recruiting environment. Ability to maintain confidential information regarding employees and candidates’ records. Demonstrates agility with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize appropriately and be flexible. Possess a passion for creating a great candidate experience and desire to provide a white glove candidate experience. Ability to build talent pipelines for critical skill areas. Must be results-oriented, customer focused and have strong problem-solving skills. Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
