The Sr. Talent Acquisition Associate partners with Talent Acquisition managers to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to create a pipeline of experienced candidates for current and future opportunities. What You Will Do

Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Sourcing Activity Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels. Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to identify sourcing strategies tailored to departmental needs. Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, including hard‑to‑fill positions.

Event Planning Collaborate with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, to plan and execute college recruiting programs, career fairs, and community outreach events. Coordinate logistics for recruiting events, including scheduling, promotional materials, and candidate engagement. Track participation and outcomes from events to help measure effectiveness and ROI.

Act as a back‑up to Talent Acquisition Associate for job postings and offer creations. Qualifications

4–6 years of recruiting and sourcing experience. Experience working with an application tracking system such as Taleo or Oracle Cloud. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and foster trust with stakeholders. Solid interviewing skills with ability to effectively source in a high‑volume recruiting environment. Ability to maintain confidential information with employees and candidates. Agile with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize appropriately. Must be results‑oriented and proactive. Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment. The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
