We’re hiring a
Full-Desk Recruiter
to join our growing team! This role is for someone who’s confident making
high-volume cold calls —to potential clients and candidates—and enjoys building a desk from the ground up. If you’re entrepreneurial, resourceful, and love the thrill of the hunt, keep reading.
Location: Warren, MI
Compensation: $55,000 – $100,000+
(Base + Commission, depending on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a full desk : from sourcing and screening candidates to closing clients and negotiating offers.
Making
lots of cold calls —to both
clients
(business development) and
passive candidates .
Generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and growing your own book of business.
Leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, referrals, and strategic outreach to find top talent.
Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of
full-desk recruiting
experience (direct hire preferred)
Comfortable with
high-volume cold calling
and outbound outreach
Strong at building relationships and developing new client accounts
Resourceful, self-motivated, and driven to hit goals
Tech-savvy with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.
