Overview
Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in Dunwoody that is seeking a
Payroll Processor . This is a
CONTRACT
position that is expected to last through the end of the year. Only candidates in the Atlanta, GA area will be considered since in-office work is required.
Responsibilities The Payroll Processor is responsible for accurately and effectively analyzing payroll records and generating reports.
Requirements
Experience processing multi-state payroll in a high-volume environment is REQUIRED.
Kronos experience is preferred.
Must be comfortable entering new hire information, processing garnishments, and inputting tax information.
Must have strong Excel skills to identify and resolve errors.
Must have customer-service mindset and respond promptly to employee questions regarding payroll.
Notes Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
