Executive Administrative Assistant III
— Aston Carter The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the executive office, including high-level executives from various organizations. This role focuses on calendar support for the Chief of Finance and the manager, supports the broader administrative community, and handles last-minute changes, meeting support, and learning sessions for administrative growth. The position also provides backup coverage when the manager or other team members are out and assists in booking travel with a dedicated travel team. Responsibilities
Provide calendar support for the Chief of Finance and other executives. Support the administrative community within the executive team. Assist with meetings and initiatives, including learning sessions for administrative growth. Serve as a backup for the manager and other team members as needed. Coordinate travel arrangements in collaboration with the dedicated travel team. Utilize intermediate Excel skills for report tracking, including pivot tables. Essential Skills
5-7+ years of proven and professional Executive Assistant experience. 5+ years of experience with Outlook Calendaring. 5+ years of senior leadership experience in administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in executive administrative support and travel coordination. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a large, fast-paced professional office setting. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience in legal or HR settings is beneficial. Work Environment
The position begins onsite five days a week at the campus. After training, there may be 1-2 remote workdays per week. The environment is dynamic and requires flexibility to adapt to frequent changes, with a focus on supporting a high-level executive team. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington. Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $43.00 - $47.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
