Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience as a human resources business partner. Ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization. Strong communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills. Experience supporting and coaching employees and managers. Leadership qualities and adaptability in changing environments. Preferred: SHRM or HRCI Certification. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR support and expertise. Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Coach managers and employees to develop leadership and improve performance. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
