Food Manufacturing Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Manager to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of working with warehouse and plant floor employees, including experience managing relationships with temporary staffing agencies and supporting a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all HR functions for a fast-paced manufacturing facility Partner with leadership to support and enhance employee relations, performance management, and compliance Manage temp agency partnerships and onboarding of temporary workers Develop and implement HR policies and programs in alignment with business goals Foster a positive work environment, ensuring effective communication across all levels Provide guidance on employment law, safety, and compliance in a manufacturing setting Support training and development initiatives across the plant Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in manufacturing environments bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Direct experience working with temp workers and agencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with plant-level employees Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a significant plus On-site role in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing facility Regular interaction with plant floor personnel and warehouse teams About Accurate Personnel
