Base pay range $44,891.00/yr - $57,717.00/yr Overview

Oversee reception desk and shuttle services, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to life safety procedures. Supervise and train receptionists and drivers, manage resident, family, and guest inquiries, and respond to emergencies according to company policies. Perform reception and shuttle duties as needed. Responsibilities

Supervise the reception and shuttle program for Arcadia Ensure excellent quality and consistency of customer service Ensure first responder duties are carried out at the fire command center by all reception desk staff performing necessary duties for emergency situations (fire, fire alarms, hurricanes, drills) as outlined in the Emergency Management Guide Address service concerns and issues in a timely manner through communication and teamwork with the Resident Services Manager (RSM) and all applicable departments Work with the RSM to develop, implement, and monitor service standards Maintain adequate staffing by coordinating work schedules and shift coverage for reception desks and shuttle programs Assist with hiring and retention of reception desk and shuttle staff Train and supervise receptionists and drivers Serve in an on-call capacity for after-hours and weekend emergencies; escalate to the RSM as applicable Ensure required training and certifications are up to date for shuttle drivers Ensure AFC policies, procedures, and protocols are followed Perform reception desk and shuttle duties as needed Supervisory Responsibilities

This position supervises Receptionists and Shuttle Drivers and conducts responsibilities per Company policies and applicable laws, including interviewing and contributing to hiring decisions, planning, assigning, directing work, training, addressing concerns, and performance management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university; or one year supervisory experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Physical Demands

Regularly sit, talk, or hear; frequently stand, walk, finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. May lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements as described. Work Environment

Office environment; may work indoors without air conditioning; outdoors in all weather; exposure to hazardous materials as applicable. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Valid State of Hawaii Driver’s License and clean driving abstract preferred Valid CPR and First Aid certification required Benefits
