This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, etc. and reports to the Senior Operations Manager. Benefits

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with flexibility as needed) Responsibilities
Recruitment and talent management: Managing job postings and developing recruitment strategies. Recruitment and talent management: Conducting new-hire onboarding and orientation. Recruitment and talent management: Analyzing talent metrics to inform hiring strategies Recruitment and talent management: Work closely with department managers to address staffing needs and performance management. Recruitment and talent management: Analize suggestions from employees to help improve company and employee relations. Recruitment and talent management: Lead performance reviews and suggest actions based on the outocmes. Employee relations: Handling day-to-day employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures Employee relations: Mediating conflicts and addressing employee grievances Employee relations: Working with managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions. Employee relations: Conducting exit interviews to gather feedback Payroll, Compensation and benefits: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment and changes. Payroll, Compensation and benefits: Processing payroll and managing timekeeping records. Payroll, Compensation and benefits: Providing support for compensation and benefits programs. Payroll, Compensation and benefits: Verify Overtime had been authorized by the Department manager Payroll, Compensation and benefits: Submit reports for payroll and Overtime not authorized Training and development: Assisting in the design and delivery of training programs. Training and development: Executing employee training initiatives on topics like diversity and inclusion. Training and development: Coordinating learning and professional development opportunities. HR administration and compliance: Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, such as EEO, FMLA, and ADA. HR administration and compliance: Maintaining confidential and accurate employee records in HR systems HR administration and compliance: Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures. HR administration and compliance: Performing and conducting 3rd party Audits for compliance and contractual obligations. Employee Discipline: Continuously update Company Code of conduct in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Employee Discipline: Lead disciplinary meetings in conjunction with department managers/Leads Employee Discipline: Ensure terminations are correctly carried out when necessary Employee Discipline: Upholding fair and consistent disciplinary actions are carried out over all departments Employee Discipline: Conduct HR-related training, including safety, compliance, and professional development as well as quarterly audits to ensure all is complying. Employee Discipline: Investigate and resolve workplace complaints. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with ADP Workforce. 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Food manufacturing field. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
