Benefits: 401(k) Competitive salary Dental insurance Paid time off Opportunity to earn extra income at your own pace Flexible Scheduling Job Summary: We are seeking Licensed or Associate (1200+ hours) Mental Health Therapists to join our team for this part-time role in our Encino, Burbank, and Ventura locations. The position involves working both in person and via Telehealth. A minimum of 18 client hours per week is required, with flexible hours including afternoons and evenings (2 pm - 7:30 pm). Applicants must reside in the Los Angeles area. This is a hybrid position with some in-office and Telehealth work. The role involves treating children aged 5-6 years, diagnosing and treating psychological disorders, enhancing communication within family systems, and supporting patients through crises. We welcome skilled post-licensed therapists and Associates with at least 1200 hours toward licensure who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care. We offer comprehensive supervision and a collaborative environment, along with a highly organized administrative team to support your practice. Some in-office time during afternoons, evenings, and weekends is required. Responsibilities: Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy to individuals, couples, families, children, and the LGBTQ community Create individualized treatment plans using an EHR platform Utilize evidence-based and theoretical approaches for treatment Maintain detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plans Adhere to facility and licensing standards Pass Law and Ethics exam (for associates) Qualifications: Part-time position Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field for Associate therapists with at least 1200 hours of experience Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license or registration Previous experience as a mental health therapist or Associate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized Strong understanding of HIPAA, Law, and Ethics in mental health Minimum of 18 clients per week, up to 24 Languages a plus; experience treating couples preferred (e.g., Gottman, EFT) Immediate start preferred (within 2-3 weeks) Team player Flexible work-from-home options available
