Job Overview
Contributing to the management of our workforce, our Employee Relations Team provide a valued HR service for managers and leaders in dealing with employment-related casework, enabling the best management practices through a fair and balanced approach to employment matters. Responsibilities
The role involves supporting and advising on employment matters, advising on a varied caseload across the full range of employment processes, and contributing to employment policy and practice developments. The role requires diligence and close interpretation of process, legislation, guidance and best practice in employment processes - good experience of employment casework is essential. Requirements
CIPD or equivalent with appropriate post-qualification experience. Knowledge of employment legislation, regulations and best practice. Experience in interpreting and advising on complicated employment situations. Analytical skills including the ability to critically analyse information A collaborative, team working ethic with the ability to build good and trusted relationships with colleagues. To be successful in this assignment, you will need to be highly self-motivated and accustomed to working proactively and autonomously. How to Apply
