Seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting candidates for various positions. If you have a proven track record in recruitment, a passion for identifying top talent, and the ability to build strong candidate relationships, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates for a range of positions. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through industry contacts, referrals, and online platforms. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent pools. Candidate Screening And Assessment

- Screen and assess candidate qualifications, including skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations. Candidate Presentation And Submittal

- Prepare and present well-structured candidate profiles to clients or hiring managers, highlighting their qualifications and suitability for their roles. Collaborate with clients or hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate submission of candidate information. Candidate Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about their status and offer constructive feedback when necessary. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates. Strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and potential. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. What We Offer
