This is a unique opportunity for a skilled attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience to grow their career under the mentorship of experienced partners in a collaborative, hybrid work environment. Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Handle employment litigation matters from start to finish Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests Prepare and argue motions in court Take and defend depositions Participate in mediations and client counseling Advise clients on employment law compliance, including handbook reviews, training, and policy development Contribute to client education initiatives using innovative legal technology platforms Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Minimum of 3 years of substantive litigation experience Experience in employment law is preferred but not required Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment Growth mindset and collaborative approach to teamwork Benefits
