Job Description
Advise and counsel employer clients on day-to-day employment law issues
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and written advocacy
Argue motions and meaningfully contribute to case strategy from inception through resolution
Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and negotiations
Conduct legal research and provide clear, business-minded guidance
Collaborate with partners and mentor junior attorneys as appropriate
Participate in networking and business development efforts
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
1+ years of experience in employment law, litigation, or both
Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Professional judgment, executive presence, and client-facing confidence
Willingness to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, or mediations
Interest in mentorship, teamwork, and long-term growth
