What You’ll Do: Relate Search has partnered with a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Benefits Manager

to lead and manage employee benefits programs across multiple locations. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for all health, wellness, and leave programs, driving consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment with broader HR and business goals. From overseeing vendor relationships to optimizing plan communications and compliance, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping a best-in-class benefits experience that supports employees at every stage of the lifecycle. Responsibilities: Oversee administration of all employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, wellness, and leaves of absence Ensure consistent and compliant benefits administration across multiple locations, in alignment with company policies and local/state/federal regulations Manage vendor and broker relationships, including contract negotiations, renewals, and issue resolution Lead annual open enrollment processes, including HRIS system setup, employee communication strategy, and cross-functional coordination Analyze benefits utilization, cost trends, and ROI to drive data-informed decisions and ongoing plan improvements Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CEBS or PHR/SPHR preferred In-depth knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and related compliance areas Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex benefits programs in a clear, engaging way Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms; strong organizational and project management skills High-impact, multi-location role with visibility across the HR and business functions Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel About Relate Search Relate Search is a Woman, Minority, and LGBTQIA+ owned executive and professional search firm dedicated to connecting top talent with meaningful opportunity.
