Citi is looking for Full-Time Associates to join the Human Resources team in Tampa. Here at Citi, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skill set and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to numerous roles. Our rotational program will help you discover the best fit for your skills and long-term career goals at Citi. Citi's Human Resources function plays a key role in servicing one of the most important client groups for Citi: its employees. Touching every part of every employee’s day-to-day life, our Human Resources team works in close partnership with Citi Business leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain the talented individuals who work here.
Program Details The Human Resources Management Associate (HRMA) Program is a global leadership development program for MBAs and Master’s degrees designed to create a pipeline of future Human Resources leaders with experience in multiple HR disciplines. The 24-month rotational program provides opportunities to contribute to multiple HR disciplines. The goal is to maximize HRMA development opportunities, accelerate learning and allow HRMAs to quickly contribute to Citi Human Resources priorities. All HR Associates participate in a comprehensive training program in July and August, including Citi orientation, technical training, and soft skills development to facilitate immediate contribution to their initial rotation.
The Program offers on-the-job training in one of Citi’s Business Groups (Banking, Markets, Services, Wealth, and Functions) and one of the following HR functions: Total Rewards and Culture; Talent Management & Engagement; Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition; HR Partnership and Delivery; HR CAO (Chief Administrative Officer); Employee Relations and HR Policy; Learning.
Timeframe and Structure The HR program offers two one-year rotations. Associates will broaden skill sets, develop analytical abilities, increase knowledge across disciplines, build networks and leadership capabilities. In each rotation, Associates work closely with management and are provided the opportunity to add value to Citi through various responsibilities. Full-Time Associates are expected to move to a different HR role for all placements to broaden HR skills and networks.
Associates are placed in a specific role within one of the HR disciplines. For prior summer participants, rotations are typically in a new discipline to maximize development opportunities.

Qualifications We want to hear from you if you are:
Pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree and will graduate between December 2025 and June 2026 with 3–5 years of full-time professional work experience.
Preferred GPA of 3.3 or above.
