The Opportunity We’re hiring a
Vice President of Multifamily
to lead our multifamily investment sales platform in New York City. This is a senior leadership role for a proven closer — someone with deep experience in NYC rent-regulated buildings and the drive to build a dominant business. You’ll work directly with Bob Knakal to scale our multifamily division, win exclusive listings, and execute high-value transactions. You’ll have the freedom to run your business, backed by the brand, the tools, and the leadership to win in today’s market. What You’ll Do Lead the multifamily division across strategy, execution, and growth Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and operators Oversee and mentor a growing team of brokers and analysts Drive deal execution, pricing strategy, and negotiations Deliver market insights rooted in data, regulation, and real-time conditions Collaborate with our Zoning & Policy team to unlock value for sellers Represent BKREA at major industry events and conferences What You Bring 5–10+ years of experience in multifamily brokerage in NYC A minimum of 100 apartment building sales Mastery of NYC rent regulation (stabilization, control, legal frameworks) A personal track record of winning business and closing deals Leadership experience and/or the desire to manage and grow a team Clear communication, sharp instincts, and relentless drive Why Now We’re entering what could be the
