This role involves a proactive approach to sourcing new deals, including cold calling and engaging with brokers, landlords, and developers. The VP will also be tasked with the full transaction process, from evaluation and due diligence to negotiation and closing, and must be adept at interpreting and communicating complex financial analyses.
