Join our dynamic team to lead impactful projects that bolster community resilience. What You’ll Do: Lead stormwater/water resources infrastructure projects from inception through completion. Oversee hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, drainage studies, and stormwater infrastructure design. Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and track project performance. Manage preparation of construction documents, permitting, bidding, and compliance with all regulations. Drive technical master planning, flood studies (FEMA, CLOMR/LOMR), and capital improvements. Serve as primary liaison for clients, regulators, and stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior engineers. Advance business development by preparing proposals and responding to new opportunities. Ensure sustainable design practices including green infrastructure and LID. Who You Are: Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering. 8+ years of relevant project management and water resources engineering experience. Registered P.E. (or ability to obtain in relevant state within 6 months). Proficiency in modeling/design software (HEC‑RAS, HEC‑HMS, SWMM, StormCAD, HY‑8, HydroCAD); advanced modeling a plus. Skilled in GIS (ArcGIS or similar), familiar with FEMA flood processes. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
