Overview
I am recruiting for an organized
Litigation Assistant
to join a regional law firm. The ideal candidate will have
prior experience in probate litigation , but a candidate with a
strong commercial litigation background
will be trained. This area of law is extremely interesting. The position is a fast-paced environment. Possible Hybrid after 90 days. Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or paralegal certificate is a plus. Experience: At least 3 years of litigation assistant or legal administrative experience;
probate litigation preferred , but commercial litigation experience will also be considered. Knowledge: Experience working in Florida and Federal court procedures, e-filing, etc. Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Compensation:
Commensurate with experience,
