You’ll be part of an innovative company redefining how enterprises operate through AI-driven transformation. In this role, you’ll help clients go live on Pega Cloud, ensuring a frictionless and secure onboarding experience. Your work will be visible across the organization and linked to Pega’s strategic goals, including deployment of GenAI-powered tools and agentic automation. What You’ll Do at Pega
Engage with client IT teams to architect secure, scalable cloud connectivity solutions using AWS PrivateLink, GCP Private Service Connect, and other modern networking options. Advise clients on integration strategies aligned with Pega’s standard connectivity models and facilitate testing and deployment with Cloud Operations. Lead time-sensitive delivery of connectivity and infrastructure upgrades, including Cloud 2.x to 3.x transitions and FedRAMP High implementations. Provide feedback to Cloud Network Engineering to enhance connectivity offerings and support IPv6 adoption for government clients. Collaborate with engineering leads to translate client feedback into automated service delivery features, including self-service and observability enhancements. Prioritize client requests and tailor connectivity solutions to meet unique enterprise needs. Develop and maintain deployment documentation and operational playbooks. Partner with Cloud Operations to ensure successful go-lives and support proactive detection and remediation initiatives. Work with pre-sales architects and account teams to position Pega-as-a-Service as the preferred modernization path, leveraging AWS Marketplace and Pega Blueprint. Who You Are
Passionate about cloud-native technologies with experience in AWS and GCP services. Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK. Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and AWS Lambda. Knowledgeable in Linux system administration and cloud networking best practices. Familiar with container orchestration platforms like ECS, EKS, and Fargate. Strong communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. 10+ years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, or DevOps. What You’ve Accomplished
Led cloud networking automation using AWS Lambda or GCP Cloud Functions. Delivered secure connectivity using AWS PrivateLink, VPC Networking, Private DNS, and GCP equivalents. Designed and implemented scalable cloud architectures using VPCs, subnets, security groups, and ACLs. Built and deployed containerized applications using ECS, EKS, and Fargate. Applied DevOps practices using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiences. Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of products.
