At DFC, we’re driving the future of auto finance!**Hiring Now: Collateral Analyst I*** **Industry leading benefits and career development opportunities*** ******Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time (40 hrs. per week)*** **Pay: $21.00 - $23.75 hr./DOE*** **Location: Tigard or Medford (Hybrid)****DFC Collateral Analyst I**The DFC Collateral Analyst I will be responsible for working with the Collateral Management team to locate, process, and help systematically recover collateral from customers. This role will also utilize skip tracing tools and software provided by DFC to obtain and communicate the location of customers and the vehicles while working to collect and negotiate terms of repayment on delinquent accounts.**Responsibilities*** Review and update DFC repossession log with accuracy* Assign repossession vehicles to 3rd party recovery agents in a timely manner* Utilize high level skip-tracing practices to obtain customer and vehicle location information* Consistently update 3rd party vendors with most recent location data for assigned collateral* Navigate and update 3rd part repossession assignment systems* Make outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and e-mail to resolve delinquent accounts in an ethically responsible manner* Meet or exceed established call volume and account action requirements* Process recovery cost analysis & KBB for recovered vehicles* Other duties as assigned**Skills and Qualifications*** Strong attention to detail* Sense of urgency* Excellent communication* PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)* Experience with outbound calls or collections is valuable* Knowledge of Skip Tracing techniques is preferred**Competencies*** Does the right thing, takes action and adapts to change* Self-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows through* Believes in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve results* Thrives on a team, stays positive, lives our values## **We offer best in class industry benefits:*** Competitive pay* Medical, Dental and Vision Plans* Paid Holidays & PTO* Short and Long-Term Disability* Paid Life Insurance* 401(k) Retirement Plan* Employee Stock Purchase Plan* Lithia Learning Center* Vehicle Purchase Discounts* Wellness ProgramsHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
