Hiring Now: Collateral Analyst I Responsibilities
Review and update DFC repossession log with accuracy Assign repossession vehicles to 3rd party recovery agents in a timely manner Utilize high level skip-tracing practices to obtain customer and vehicle location information Consistently update 3rd party vendors with most recent location data for assigned collateral Navigate and update 3rd part repossession assignment systems Make outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and e-mail to resolve delinquent accounts in an ethically responsible manner Meet or exceed established call volume and account action requirements Process recovery cost analysis & KBB for recovered vehicles Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency Excellent communication PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.) Experience with outbound calls or collections is valuable Knowledge of Skip Tracing techniques is preferred Competencies
