**Job Summary:** Acrisure is seeking a Manager – Corporate Accounting to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role will lead critical components of corporate accounting close process for a large, complex fintech organization. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of consolidated financial reporting while driving process improvements, standardization, and scalability to support a fast-growing, global enterprise. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, the Manager will partner closely with global accounting teams, FP&A, tax, treasury, and external auditors.This role requires a strong technical accounting background, leadership skills, and the ability to navigate a high-growth, dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with operational accounting teams to ensure alignment on policies, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.Support internal and external audits by preparing audit-ready documentation and ensuring compliance with SOX/internal control requirements. **Requirements** Required Qualifications Strong understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements. Excellent leadership, people management, and team development skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines. Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
