Part Time Key Holder
for our Retail Operations team. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management. A Key Holder will assist the store during high volume periods and support new employees, providing excellent customer service while driving sales. Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of the products and services. Arrive early to open the store and leave late to close the store. Assist the store during high volume periods and support new employees. Know in-house products to recommend to customers. Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking, conducting inventory counts, and identifying discrepancies. Process cash transactions accurately, including opening/closing tills, cash counting, and deposit preparation. Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics. Follow proper age verification policies. Ensure prices and quantities are accurate and provide receipts. Process refunds and exchanges. Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, including conducting bag checks and following security procedures. Maintain store cleanliness and standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathrooms. Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards. Qualifications:
At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent fields. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling. Team-oriented attitude. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds. High School Diploma or equivalent. Pay:
Compensation varies based on market, location, and experience. For U.S. locations, the starting salary in Torrance is USD $17.25 per hour.
