Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and work as needed
Overview This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the Emergency Management Program at Baptist Health facilities under the direction of the System Director of Facilities Management. Learn and manage existing emergency management plans and procedures, conduct staff training, develop and maintain documentation and reports and make presentations, maintain equipment and supplies, and respond to emergent situations. Areas of responsibility include: Emergency Operations Plans & Procedures, Drills & Exercises, Emergency Equipment & Supplies Inventory Management and Training & Education for the System
Responsibilities Areas of responsibility include: Emergency Operations Plans & Procedures, Drills & Exercises, Emergency Equipment & Supplies Inventory Management and Training & Education for the System. Activities include developing and maintaining plans and procedures, conducting staff training, maintaining documentation and reports, and responding to emergent situations.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent education.
Four (4) years experience in program management.
Prefer experience in maintaining emergency preparedness related plans, procedures, training and equipment.
Must have experience in effectively managing and communicating large, complex programs.
Must have effective communication and time management skills.
Must have experience managing detailed program objectives and meeting assigned target dates.
Prefer working knowledge of/experience with Arkansas Department of Health Rules and Regulations and The Joint Commission standards pertaining to emergency/disaster management.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
