ProSidian services focus on the broad spectrum of Risk Management, Compliance, Business Process, IT Effectiveness, Energy & Sustainability, and Talent Management. ProSidian Seeks a Ecological Restoration Specialist to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Environmental Continuing Services (Ecological Restoration Specialist) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Plan and implement habitat restoration projects; Manage invasive species and promote biodiversity; Conduct ecological assessments and monitor project outcomes; Collaborate with stakeholders to meet restoration goals. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Ecology, Biology, or Environmental Science; 3+ years of experience in ecological restoration; CERP certification preferred. Knowledge of ecosystem services and native species management; Experience in habitat restoration project management. Field research expertise; Familiarity with GIS for ecological assessments; Proficiency in restoration techniques. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving and critical thinking Strong interpersonal skills Leadership and adaptability Collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
