ProSidian Seeks a Remediation Specialists | Environmental Consulting and Management Services on a Exempt Contract Contingent Basis Engagement Team. Seeking Remediation Specialists candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Environmental Continuing Services (Remediation Specialists) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as City of Tallahassee (TLH) | Department of Environmental Services & Facilities Management. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Design and manage site remediation projects; Conduct environmental site assessments (Phase I, II, and III); Develop and oversee remediation systems; Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA); Monitor remediation effectiveness and prepare detailed progress reports. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field; 5+ years of experience in environmental remediation; OSHA HAZWOPER certification preferred Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Advanced understanding of environmental regulations and risk assessment; Familiarity with state and federal remediation programs. Skills Required Expertise in remediation technologies; Strong analytical and decision-making skills; Proficient in report writing and project management Excellent oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving and critical thinking Strong interpersonal skills Leadership and adaptability Regulatory Knowledge Ancillary Details Of The Roles Ability to work under strict deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Capacity to mentor junior staff, providing guidance on technical aspects of remediation and fostering professional growth.
