Developing strategic programs:

Deeply understand the problem and pain points, identify data-driven solutions that are executable, and clearly articulate the strategy and goals of each program to ensure the capabilities are built accordingly. Leading the execution plan:

Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure the program plan is properly executed, starting from creation of Business Requirement Documents to follow-through on Go-To-Market initiatives and adoption metrics. Operating with excellence:

Execute with the highest standards and represent the marketplace across the organization. Minimum Qualifications

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications. Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area.
