We are an HRSA-approved site, meaning eligible mental and behavioral health professionals can receive up to $50,000 in student loan repayment. What You'll Do
Provide
individual, group, and family counseling
to help clients build healthier relationships and improve personal growth Conduct
client assessments
and collaborate on treatment plans Deliver
in-home, community, and office-based counseling Maintain
accurate case records
and progress notes Participate in
court hearings, team meetings, and ongoing training Uphold
trauma-informed best practices What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (or any bachelor’s degree with 2 years of supervised mental health experience) Experience: 1+ year of casework or counseling experience Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, organization, and discretion Requirements: Valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check Why Join Us?
