Overview
We are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to support our Land Use and Zoning practice. This role is fully on-site and involves providing administrative and legal support to attorneys handling permitting, development, and zoning matters. Responsibilities
Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and filings Assist with permit and zoning applications and related submissions Conduct research on municipal codes, land use regulations, and zoning ordinances Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies Schedule meetings, hearings, and public appearances Provide general administrative support to attorneys Qualifications
Prior experience as a legal assistant or in a real estate/land use setting preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software High attention to detail and accuracy To apply
