Gunster seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Real Estate practice group in our West Palm Beach office. This role involves providing essential administrative and legal support to our real estate attorneys, land use planners, and paralegals, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all real estate transactions, and land development applications submitted to various municipal and county governments.

Responsibilities
Document management of purchase & sale agreements, leases, deeds, mortgages, and closing statements.
Assist with processing commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Prepare applications and legal notices for public zoning hearings.
Monitor deadlines and ensure all legal procedures and filings are completed accurately and timely.
Assist attorneys and land use planners with researching property records and zoning regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in real estate law.
Technical proficiency with document management systems and legal software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication and proofreading abilities.
