Reporting directly into the Senior Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for: Ensuring efficient, effective, and safe manufacturing of product Improve manufacturing processes Troubleshoot plant processes Support product and process commercialization Develop continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation Identify downtime causes and suggest solutions Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Degree in Engineering discipline or Chemical Engineering 3+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid flow, pumping, piping, instrumentation Ability to manage multiple projects at once Excellent communication skills Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment Benefits
