Job Description

Manage and oversee the company's environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Lead emergency response, spill response, fire safety, and incident command team organization. Develop and manage personal safety programs, including training, auditing, reporting, and recordkeeping. Oversee regulatory compliance programs for hazardous waste, water/wastewater pretreatment, and air emissions tracking/reporting. Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies including OSHA, EPA, MassDEP, DHS, MWRA, and local authorities. Create and deliver training protocols to ensure employee awareness of safety, environmental policies, and compliance requirements. Support and manage projects with a focus on safety and regulatory improvements. Maintain and update systems such as MSDS/SDS management and documentation related to EHS compliance. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience in EHS compliance within a similar industry. Ability to obtain and maintain certifications such as Qualified Individual (QI), RCRA, and HAZWOPER. Strong communication skills, including spoken, written, and presentation abilities. Physical capability to work in a manufacturing environment, including climbing ladders, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in confined spaces. What\'s on Offer
