Position : Physical Therapist Compensation : Starting at $80,000+ Schedule : Flexible (days/evenings) Locations : Canton, Dedham, Easton, Newton, Norton, Norwood, Sharon, Wellesley Role Overview
As a Physical Therapist at Marathon PT, you will assess and develop individualized care plans to help patients recover and achieve optimal performance. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care, including evaluations, customized treatment plans, and ongoing progress assessments. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate promptly with referring physicians. Engage in educational programs and participate in community events. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies. Minimum Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active Massachusetts PT license and current CPR certification. EMR proficiency and strong clinical skills. Core Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with frequent movement and manual dexterity. Benefits
