Pay range: Salary: $174,907.00 - $279,843.00 Located in Bellevue, Washington, Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is a regional nonprofit healthcare system with a 349-bed hospital and a growing network of primary, urgent care and specialty care clinics. We deliver high-quality care in the Puget Sound region to 200,000 patients each year. Our Surgical Services program performs roughly 14,000 surgeries each year, including cardiac and neuro surgeries. The Opportunity: We are searching for a nursing leader who combines strong business development skills with a passion for operational excellence. If selected, you will report to the Chief Administrative Officer. You will work across inpatient surgery, outpatient surgery, PACU and sterile processing. Qualifications: To be considered, you’ll need the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (master’s strongly preferred) MBA or MHA are preferred Current RN license (Washington state or multi-state) At least 5 years of progressively responsible acute care management experience We’re seeking a highly visible leader who will role model our Overlake iCARE values (integrity, compassion, agility, respect and engagement).
