Sales and Leadership Trainee

This multi-year rotational program invests in your future by providing exposure to all business aspects. We tailor your experience to your skills and career goals through structured learning, on-the-job training, coaching, courses, and customer/vendor visits. Live your dreams:

Align your passions and skills with business needs, leading to careers in sales, operations, management, or other paths. Learn the business:

Gain experience in warehouse procedures, operations, sales, and more, guided by mentors and managers. Program Phases:

Phase 1:

Operations such as receiving, shipping, returns, deliveries, and truck maintenance. Attend vendor sessions and online courses. Phase 2:

Counter sales, assisting customers, processing orders, and maintaining displays. Engage with residential and contractor clients. Phase 3:

Sales activities including pricing, bids, procurement, and job scheduling. Develop vendor relationships and participate in sales calls. Phase 4:

Career discussion with your Profit Center Manager to identify your preferred business area. About You:

College degree or equivalent experience; background in customer service, sales, or leadership roles. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a suitable driving record. Additional qualities include relationship-building, communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail, multitasking, and software proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel). Benefits:
