Training Program Coordinator - Graduate Medical Education at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (Komen Graduate Training Program UT MDACC). The ideal candidate is an experienced GME professional with a strong background in managing ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs, ideally within Radiation Oncology or a related specialty. They possess deep knowledge of accreditation standards, institutional policies, and trainee administration, including scheduling, onboarding, and evaluations. They should be skilled in systems such as New Innovations, DISCOVER, and Qualtrics, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Experience in CME coordination, compliance reporting, and grant-supported educational programs is valued, with a commitment to advancing medical education excellence. Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative operations for Radiation Oncology Residency and Fellowship Programs, ensuring compliance with ACGME and institutional GME standards. Develop and maintain curriculum materials, trainee schedules, and evaluations, tracking progress toward ACGME core competencies. Oversee resident and fellow recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes, including NRMP/ERAS coordination. Support and coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, including grand rounds and ABR Maintenance of Certification (MOC) requirements. Administer educational grants and fellowships (e.g., FRONTI2ER), including proposal development, reporting, and budget tracking. Coordinate education contracts, trainee visa documentation, and HR-related processing in collaboration with institutional offices. Serve as liaison among faculty, program leadership, trainees, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and program quality. Utilize New Innovations, DISCOVER, Qualtrics, and KRONOS for trainee management, reporting, and accreditation documentation. Education and Experience

Education Required: Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education or related field. Preferred: Master?s Degree in Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. May substitute required education with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis. Work Experience Required: 3 years of related professional experience in graduate medical education (GME) coordinating residency, fellowship or research training programs. One year of related experience in the administration of continuing medical education (CME) and undergraduate medical education (UME). Preferred: In addition to required, solid visa administrative experience and technical expertise in use of GME, UME and CME applications. May substitute education for additional years of experience on a one-to-one basis. Licenses and Certifications
