Prioritize safety in all activities What You'll Do: HR Leadership:

Manage daily HR functions, HRIS system (BambooHR), employee engagement, policies, and life-cycle management Employee Relations:

Support managers and employees, resolve conflicts, ensure legal compliance Onboarding & Offboarding:

Oversee new hire integration, retention, and exit processes HR Compliance:

Keep updated on HR laws, ensure policy compliance, and manage benefits enrollment Team Development:

Lead and mentor HR staff, provide training on performance management and growth opportunities What We're Looking For: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred; experience may substitute Experience:

4+ years in HR leadership; 3+ years in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles; construction/manufacturing experience a plus Skills:
