Develop and execute strategic vision and direction for the Benefits and Underwriting businesses to achieve growth and profitability Spearhead expansion initiatives and identify new market segments and product opportunities Analyze industry trends and competitor landscape to inform actionable business strategies Cultivate a results-oriented culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Champion the employer's brand and value proposition to brokers and secure partnerships and distribution channels Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in Commercial Insurance coverages and Employee Benefit Sales Bachelor's degree required Minimum requirements for state Accident & Health (A&H) and/or benefits licenses Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor strategies Proven leadership abilities to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment Preferred Qualifications

Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans Established relationships with brokers and general agents (MGA) Knowledge of regulatory changes impacting the employee benefits industry Experience in driving growth and retention targets in previous roles Benefits and Perks
