Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in Commercial Insurance coverages and Employee Benefit Sales Bachelor’s degree required Minimum requirements for state A&H and/or benefits licenses Strong analytical and strategic planning skills Proven track record of achieving growth and retention targets Preferred Qualifications
