What will you be doing in this role? Business Development

Proactively engage with CFOs, investment professionals, and finance leaders at private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Pitch Finatal’s expertise in placing high-impact financial talent.

Negotiate terms, fees, and advise for clients.

Become a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed hiring decisions that support their growth.

Candidate Management

Build and manage a high-caliber network of finance professionals on an interim and permanent basis.

Source talent using a mix of platforms – LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, networking, and direct outreach.

Conduct initial candidate screening calls, and follow-up meetings (face to face and virtual) to understand each candidate’s experience.

Match top candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment.

What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?

2023–2025 graduate with experience in outbound sales or customer-facing roles

High-achiever with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Confident communicator who enjoys relationship-building

Must be able to commute to our Manhattan office 4 days/week

Willingness to learn from specialist recruiters in the Private Equity market
