We are seeking a talented and passionate Staff Technical Program Manager to join Walmart’s Marketplace technical program management team. In this role, you will drive execution for some of the organization’s largest initiatives, including building new Marketplace technology platforms, fostering tight collaboration across engineering, product, and user experience teams, and improving operational processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring program delivery efficiency, compliance, and business impact while shaping the future of Walmart’s global software platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define program goals, timelines, and resource constraints for large-scale initiatives with multiple dependencies. Secure commitments for program scopes, delivery dates, and resources, managing cross-functional dependencies effectively. Develop end-to-end delivery plans for complex solutions, identifying technical dependencies and ensuring adoption of best practices. Facilitate work prioritization, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide clarity and context to team members. Demonstrate awareness of principles, processes, and technologies across relevant domains. Monitor multiple programs simultaneously, track performance metrics, and identify risks with appropriate mitigation strategies. Assess and manage risks, impacts, and likelihoods across several work areas. Drive alignment and outcomes across stakeholders through strong and influential communication. Develop data-driven frameworks for decision-making to ensure measurable business outcomes. Define program success metrics and address systemic gaps and challenges. Proactively align stakeholders toward shared program goals, effectively navigating changing landscapes and shifting priorities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management. Proven track record in delivering eCommerce initiatives at companies with active digital commerce platforms. Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and discuss architecture, design patterns, and system integrations. Experience in Agile development methodologies, including use of JIRA/Confluence. Hands-on experience managing team capacity, throughput, and delivery pipelines. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and international teams. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Deep understanding of transactional systems and customer lifecycle flows, preferably in Marketplace ecosystems. Experience with global-scale programs involving multiple engineering and product teams. EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
