We are looking for a passionate and motivated Recruiting Coordinator (Early Talent) to support our Early Talent Recruiters in the Holmdel, NJ office, ensuring candidates move smoothly through the recruiting and hiring process. This role requires time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Atrium offers a competitive base salary ranging from $44,000 - $50,000 annually. Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator (Early Talent) Evaluate, prioritize, and execute Client and Associate requests related to the hiring and employment of Associates. Manage and monitor internal and external job postings via the appropriate technology platform. Facilitate online candidate assessment during the interview process, manage follow-ups, and track scores for Recruiters to review. Coordinate interview requests and manage scheduling, tagging applicable Recruiters as needed. Update and maintain the "Master Tracker" as it relates to candidate status. Update candidates throughout the interviewing process, including dispositioning as required. Assist Recruiters in submitting qualified candidates to the client through the appropriate client portal. Assist Recruiters in confirming offer details. Support employment activities, such as processing rehire eligibility requests, distributing satisfaction surveys, etc. Partner with the Associates and Onboarding Coordinator to gather all details required to initiate and complete the onboarding process. Manage the coordination of the client Diversity partner process. Troubleshoot Client and Associate escalations with the assistance of leadership. Maintain and update Excel and Google spreadsheets to organize data as necessary. Assist with data governance throughout the recruitment lifecycle and produce ad hoc reports as needed. Provide weekly status updates to the internal team and client. Assist with ad hoc projects. Required Experience/Skills Experience: 1+ years of work experience. Communication: can clearly articulate how to complete interview tasks and liaise with associates. Empathy: understand the hiring process and demonstrate care for associates. Curiosity: effective questioning and listening to understand the associate. Teacher: enjoy sharing insight and educating others with patience. Delight: strive to make associates happy and go the extra mile. Problem Solver: adept at spotting issues and suggesting solutions quickly. Diligence: thorough, meticulous, and strong attention to detail. Positivity: warm, upbeat, and energizing. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree is required.
