We are seeking a proactive and positive
HR Manager
for a growing company with at least 3 years of experience to support a broad range of human resources functions. This individual will need an entrepreneurial mentality and will play a key role in daily HR operations with strong organizational, collaborative, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits and 401(k) plans Process payroll using Paylocity Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters and employee documentation Assist with annual benefits renewals Coordinate HR-related tasks related to company acquisitions, such as integrating new employees Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date Contribute to a team-focused environment and foster a positive employee experience Qualifications
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or coordinator capacity Strong working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration Experience with Paylocity is a plus HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
required Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude Salary: Up to $85,000, depending on experience Discretionary annual bonus 401(k) with company match Paid time off: 2 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time (3 weeks total)
