This full time role with a part-time schedule offers top earnings, zero cold calling, and a calendar full of warm, qualified clients ready for a luxury experience. Lead clients through an emotion based design consultation Present stunning portraiture and help them select artwork that honors their story Use a consultative script to guide decisions with confidence Work pre-set, in-studio appointments, no cold calls, no lead chasing Achieve an overall $1200+ average sale Complete on average of 8 appointments per day Appointments are pre-set for you (12 hour days, 2-3 days/week) Close each appointment at that time. No follow ups required. What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in B2C luxury, high-ticket, or commission-based sales Exceptional listener with high emotional intelligence and warm presence Polished, professional appearance and demeanor Expert-level skills in negotiation, objection handling, and active listening Ability to sell from a script while staying natural and conversational Willingness to follow a proven process and continuously improve Please note: Only candidates with a history of consultative, in person B2C selling will be considered. Compensation + Benefits
