Prepare internal and external financial statements. Record fixed asset activity and calculate depreciation. Perform bank reconciliations and audit cash transactions. Reconcile balance sheet accounts (e.g., prepaids, accruals, payroll). Support and back up the Payroll Manager. Manage credit card programs and employee expense reimbursements. Assist with accounts payable and ensure accurate transaction entry. File monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returns. Support credit, collections, and cash application processes. Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting activities. Train new and existing staff on accounting procedures. Assist CFO with special projects and process improvements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 1–3 years of experience in financial accounting or auditing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft GP preferred. Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, GoTo). CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Demonstrated commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
