What You\'ll Do:
Culture and differentiate
human iPSC-derived neurons Run cell-based and molecular assays (Immunocytochemistry, qPCR, ELISA, MEA, luciferase, western blot, microscopy) Perform
gene perturbation
and pharmacological studies Develop and optimize assays for
phenotypic screening Analyze data, present findings, and collaborate across teams Contribute to
protocols, SOPs , and continuous improvement What We\'re Looking For:
Degree in
Neuroscience, Cell Biology, Stem Cell Biology , or related field Level II : 2+ years |
Level III : 5+ years with iPSC-derived neuronal models Skilled in
cell-based assays
and
fluorescence microscopy Strong communicator, organized, and team-oriented Comfortable with
electronic lab notebooks Bonus Skills:
Experience with
CRISPR, RNA-seq, calcium imaging, high-content imaging Familiarity with
automated liquid handling
and
HTS platforms Knowledge of
cardiometabolic diseases
