DIVISION: Operations DEPARTMENT: Residential Treatment Program UNIT: n/a ACCOUNTABLE TO: Counseling Supervisor / OMHC / SUD Operations Manager / Program Director ACCOUNTABLE FOR: n/a CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time (W2) WORK SCHEDULE: Wednesday - Saturday 7am-6pm Responsibilities
Standard Daily Responsibilities: Check-in with the Operations Manager. Facilitate a low-intensity residential treatment group session for the first set of 16 clients. Document all group sessions in ICANotes using W7310 + RESRB coding. Conduct one of the following services based on scheduling assignments: Telehealth intake (H0001) for a new client. Telehealth initial session (90791) for a new client. Follow-up telehealth session (90791) for a non-3.1 client (within the past 6 months). Follow-up telehealth session (H0001) for a non-3.1 client (not completed within the past 6 months). In-person individual session for a 3.1 client who has not had an individual session that week. All sessions must be documented in ICANotes during the session. Facilitate a low-intensity residential treatment group session for the remaining 16 clients. Document all group sessions in ICANotes using W7310 + RESRB coding. Check-out with the Operations Manager. Core Counseling Services: Facilitate group counseling sessions at three designated locations as per the weekly schedule. Address addiction recovery, coping mechanisms, and relapse prevention in therapy sessions. Tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of clients, ensuring evidence-based approaches are utilized. Supervision and Collaboration: Participate in scheduled weekly check-ins with the Counseling Supervisor every Wednesday. Collaborate with the OMHC/SUD Operations Manager and Program Director for additional tasks as needed. Documentation and Compliance: Accurately document client sessions, treatment plans, and progress reports in alignment with organizational policies. Submit documentation promptly to maintain compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Travel and Coordination: Travel to designated residential treatment locations as per the daily schedule. Coordinate effectively between locations to maintain punctuality and consistency in service delivery. Unscheduled Duties
Assist supervisor with work-related requests. Collaborate with and serve as program POC for external treatment providers and outside agencies as needed. Follow regulations of COMAR, CARF, any other regulatory body, and company policies/procedures related to service delivery and documentation and co-facilitating orientation of all new hires to these as well. Support the maintenance of a safe environment by participating in training and drills as requested. Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client’s treatment. Participate in external and internal audits/surveys (CARF/CSA/OHCQ) as directed by the supervisor. Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement plans by completing periodic audits or other activities to ensure regulatory compliance and/or improve service delivery. Ensure the medical director or clinical supervisor reviews and co-signs documents as required. Physical Demands
Regularly walk, stand, or stoop; occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 pounds; and regularly drives a motor vehicle. Working Conditions

Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
